Experteer Overview In this role you lead the global month-end close and financial reporting to Delivery Hero, strengthening internal controls and ensuring timely, high-quality IFRS reporting. You will coach a team of Accountant Controllers and collaborate with local and corporate finance teams to drive process improvements. The position offers impact across international subsidiaries and cross-accounting initiatives, using OneStream to enhance reporting. You help shape a scalable, compliant financial platform in a fast-paced, diverse environment.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Own the global month-end close and monthly reporting to Delivery Hero (TB, KPIs, FTEs) with timely delivery and quality.
- Review IFRS financial statements of subsidiaries and group-level consolidation, correcting inconsistencies.
- Design and implement controls over the financial close using a risk and control matrix approach.
- Partner with corporate and local accounting teams on close, controls and coaching; perform root-cause analysis and process redesign.
- Define RACI models and embed redesigned processes ensuring control verification.
- Lead projects on presentation and disclosure, IFRS treatments, and refinement of the reporting tool (OneStream).




- Support HQ-led cross-accounting initiatives (IFRS, ERP, reporting packages).
- Coach and develop the team; act as liaison for Delivery Hero, Finance Performance, and local finance on reporting.Responsabilidades
- Bachelor in Business Administration in accounting or related field; 8+ years in accounting,reporting and consolidation or financial controlling.
- Fluent English; Big 4 experience plus accounting/reporting/controlling and/or Internal Audit preferred.
- Strong IFRS and consolidation knowledge; risk and control matrices and process design experience.
- Experience implementing processes, RACIs, and project management; hands-on team leadership.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication; ability to influence without direct authority.
- Hands-on experience with OneStream; SAP S/4HANA a plus; proficient in Excel and Google Workspace.Requisitos principales
