As COO at Satispay you will scale and optimise our operational foundations to support rapid European growth. You will lead cross-functional execution, formalise scalable processes, and drive data-driven performance across functions. The role focuses on building resilient systems for multi-country expansion while guiding teams with transparency and ownership. Responsabilidades
• Executive experience in COO, VP Ops, or similar senior leadership role in a fast-growing tech/fintech
• Proven track record in designing, scaling, and managing complex operational processes
• Strategic and analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making
• Strong team leadership, empathy, and ability to empower high-performing teams
• Execution-focused with ownership mindset in fast-paced environments
• Willingness to travel up to 50% between Luxembourg and Milan
