Experteer Overview In this role you will support Embat’s rapid growth by ensuring reliable financial data and scalable accounting processes in a high-volume fintech setting. You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and cross-functional teams to improve and automate daily accounting operations. You’ll contribute to monthly closings, audits, and tax filings, driving efficiency and accuracy. - Manage day-to-day accounting operations in a high-growth fintech environment
- Support automation of supplier invoice processes
- Perform daily bank reconciliations using Embat
- Support monthly closing activities and ensure accounting accuracy
- Manage accounts payable operations
- Assist in preparation of periodic tax filings
- Support documentation for annual audits
- Detect inconsistencies and resolve issues proactively
- Collaborate with Financial Controller and cross-functional teams to ensure data reliability




- Identify opportunities to improve and optimize accounting processesResponsabilidades
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or similar roles
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields
- Solid understanding of the full accounting cycle
- Experience with bank reconciliations and AP/AR management
- Experience with ERP or accounting software; Business Central is a plus
- Advanced Excel skills
- Comfort with incomplete information and fast-changing environments
