Experteer Overview In this role you support staff as a safety-focused technician, driving HSE process implementation and compliance within a chemical-lean environment. You will identify unsafe conditions, lead safety inspections, and conduct training to strengthen safety culture. You’ll partner across teams to audit, investigate incidents, and maintain documentation for legal and corporate requirements. - Maintain and implement HSE processes in line with legislation and Hempel standards
- Identify unsafe conditions and promote safety awareness and behaviors
- Conduct employee training according to a training plan
- Lead safety inspections and support audits (internal, external, regulatory)
- Investigate and document accidents/incidents to drive preventive/corrective actions
- Ensure preventive documentation is maintained,



updated, and compliant; generate HSE activity reportsResponsabilidades
- University degree or equivalent in Chemistry, Environmental or technical fields, or University degree in HSE management
- HSE training as required by local legislation
- Technical excellence in health and safety at work with at least 2 specialties
- Experience in an SPP or SPA; shop-floor experience in chemical industry desirable
- Proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint; familiarity with HSE software (e.G., ENHESA or Assure) beneficial
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 valuable
- Ability to communicate clearly in Spanish, Catalan and English (written and spoken)Requisitos principales
