Experteer Overview In this role you enable robust, efficient production by defining manufacturing processes and assets, and by bridging Engineering, Supply Chain and Shop Floor Operations. You will drive industrial design, work preparation and process optimization while ensuring safety and quality. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and support shop floor execution. The opportunity focuses on scaling industrialization and implementing modifications with impact across programs.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Collaborate with Engineering and Supply Chain to define build processes and specify industrial assets, jigs, and tooling requirements
- Create and update routings, BoMs and Standard Operating Instructions while managing configuration and sequencing
- Calculate standard times, implement Standard Work and drive shop floor continuous improvement and CAPEX planning
- Perform PFMEA/FMEA risk analyses, ensure HSE compliance and participate in Quality Control Boards




- Interface with Production, Maintenance and Supply Chain to resolve work prep issues and MRPs
- Drive 1st installation implementation, feedback loops, and evaluate industrial impacts of design changes with IA, ISE and TDE teamsResponsabilidades
- Education: Aeronautical, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering degree or related technical discipline
- Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Work Preparation or production environments in aerospace or industrial sector
- Advanced English; Spanish highly valued
- Strong knowledge of SAP, CATIA, Airbus Process Specifications (AIPS/AIPI), PFMEA methodology, and configuration managementRequisitos principales
