Experteer Overview In this role, you will strengthen the end-to-end lesson journey by turning customer signals into scalable workflows and cross-functional fixes. You’ll partner with Product, Care, and Supply Ops to improve scheduling, delivery, and handling of issues, enabling smoother learner and tutor experiences. You’ll operationalize launches and minimize long-term support debt while driving measurable improvements in satisfaction and efficiency. - Own lesson-journey outcomes by tracking CSAT and journey-related metrics; identify trends and friction points
- Design and refine scalable Customer Care workflows for scheduling, delivery, and exceptions
- Coordinate with Product, Care, and Supply Ops to prioritize high-impact opportunities




- Influence product and policy changes through customer signals and operational learnings
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional initiatives focused on satisfaction, policy adoption, and efficiencyResponsabilidades
- 2+ years in Customer Experience, Operations, Program/Project Management, or Consulting
- Proven track record designing and refining operational workflows
- Strong execution and prioritization; able to influence without direct authority

- Proficient with BI tools (e.G., Looker) and basic SQL knowledge
