In this role you partner with senior leadership to shape global growth plans and drive cross-functional initiatives from ideation to deployment. You will translate complex data into actionable roadmaps, acting as the execution engine for major GTM projects. You’ll optimize the sales process and enable growth across a rapidly expanding cross-border payments platform. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role that blends strategy, operations, and technology to accelerate revenue.

Responsabilidades
• 5-8+ years of high-growth B2B experience in Sales Strategy u0026 Ops, Consulting, BizOps, Strategic Finance, or Chief of Staff
• Proven track record of executing strategic plans in complex global SaaS, fintech, or platform businesses
• Comfortable engaging with C-level executives to drive strategy and annual planning
• Bonus: experience in emerging markets or cross-border payments, international team navigation, SQL, Tableau, and AI-powered work tools
