In this role you will help shape the Digital Imaging ecosystem for Innovative Medicine Ru0026amp;D, leading technology strategy and deployments. You will collaborate with cross-functional business partners to design scalable, cost-optimized platforms in the cloud. You will drive AI-enabled imaging solutions, from architecture to deployment, delivering high-impact capabilities for digital pathology, radiology, and clinical imaging. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of science, software, and cloud engineering with a clear impact on patient outcomes.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Set technology strategy and roadmaps for Digital Imaging platforms
• Lead deployments and collaborate with partners across Pre-Clinical Sciences, Oncology, Neuroscience, Immunology, Data Sciences, and Molecular Imaging
• Advance Digital Imaging platform capabilities and identify opportunities for impact in pharmaceutical Ru0026D
• Coordinate with IT, sector, and enterprise technology leadership; engage with Life Sciences Imaging community
• Drive the tech stack including scheduling, monitoring, deployment, orchestration, configuration, and reuse
• Leverage cloud capabilities to deliver effective solutions and scalable platforms
• Establish sustainable operational processing and resource models




• Incorporate containerization, serverless, AI/ML/DL trends, and generative/agentic AI platforms to accelerate workflows
• Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS or Azure with reusable patterns for prompt engineering, tool calling, agent orchestration, and RAG guardrails
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Science, or related field with 4–6 years (depending on degree) of industry experience
• Proven ability to lead technology platforms, programs, and projects
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++
• Experience with AWS EC2 and S3; container systems (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS)
• Experience with Windows and Linux platforms
• Experience with technical vendor management and cross-functional/global teams
• Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and modern software delivery practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
