- Owns substantial portions of installations and break/fix incidents of low to medium complexity
- Takes responsibility for problem resolution and troubleshooting throughout the project lifecycle
- Escalates complex problems to relevant third parties
- Assists with documenting standard operating procedures for installations and fixes during ops handover
- Compiles and maintains project administration (time capture and stakeholder feedback)
- Conducts elementary presentations within the customer's organization
- Takes leadership from senior resources on relevant technologies according to specialization and best practice
