Experteer Overview As Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst, you will optimize global financial systems (NetSuite, Salesforce, Zuora Revenue) to support accounting, billing, and FPu0026amp; A. You’ll translate needs from finance teams into system changes, lead testing and implementation, and ensure data integrity across cloud ERP processes. You’ll collaborate with international teams and ensure compliant, scalable solutions that align with our growth. - Lead the design and implementation of system customizations and processes for complex projects
- Create and maintain Billing and Cash Application process maps and scenarios
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Support Finance and IT audit and data management needs and manage helpdesk tickets
- Convert requirements to JIRA tickets for development work
- Lead UAT and SIT planning and execution
- Manage global payment processors (Stripe, Adyen, MercadoPago, etc.)
- Preserve data integrity with security-aware process changes
- Lead QA/testing to ensure proper validation before deployment
- Coordinate with international accounting orgs and ensure configurations meet evolving needs




- Update Configuration Documentation for NetSuite/Zone Billing/Zuora Revenue and integrations (Salesforce, Stripe)

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in Enterprise System environment with Cloud ERP
- Solid experience with NetSuite; familiarity with Salesforce, Zuora Revenue and payment processors
- Strong understanding of Quote to Cash: Billing, Cash Application, Collections
- Experience with Zone Billing or similar subscription/usage models preferred
- Experience with Stripe, Adyen or similar processors preferred
- Experience with high-growth global companies
- Ability to communicate with finance, technical teams, and system users at all levels
- Experience with enterprise system implementations
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English
- Experience with help desk platforms and issue troubleshooting
