This position is largely remote (we need you to come into the office 1 day a month)If you have experience in:Administration.Accounting coordination.Finance.Payroll.Communication with external advisors (lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, HR management providers...)This is the job for you!We are a small organization (a team of 5 people), so the workload does not yet require a full-time commitment. For this reason, we are looking for a part-time position, with the possibility of gradually expanding the scope of the role as the organization grows.ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for coordinating the operational, financial, and administrative matters of our foundation, including:Coordinating accounting documentation and communicating with external accountants.Being in coordination with lawyers, tax advisors, payroll providers, and other external partners.Providing support on legal, corporate, and regulatory compliance matters.Reviewing invoices, payments,
