Experteer Overview As an Operations Technology Consultant, you drive MES strategy and delivery across a global manufacturing network. You will own the MES roadmap, translate business needs into system requirements, and coordinate improvements with cross-functional teams. Your work ensures reliable, efficient manufacturing through standardization and proactive incident management. - Own and maintain the MES roadmap, including upgrades and lifecycle activities

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, ideally in manufacturing IT/OT
- Experience with MES, ERP solutions, and system integrations in manufacturing
- Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities
- Hands-on, analytical problem-solving mindset with strong communication
