As a Product Design Manager at Okta, you will lead and grow a high-performing design team focused on delivering simple, secure product experiences for ORD customers. You’ll drive UX strategy with cross-functional partners to shape the roadmap in a complex, high-stakes identity platform. Your leadership will elevate design quality, craft practices, and mentor designers while collaborating across Engineering, Product, and Design. This role offers the chance to influence a unified, secure identity platform at scale and contribute to Okta’s mission to protect the future of work.

Responsabilidades
• Degree in related field or relevant UX design/management experience
• Proficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Portfolio showing work on complex technical projects across design process and leadership/UX strategy
