Experteer Overview
In this role you guide customers through complex AI/ML and GenAI challenges by designing scalable, cloud-native architectures on AWS. You act as a trusted advisor across the customer journey, shaping technology choices, security, cost, and reliability while accelerating production deployments. You’ll collaborate with AWS teams and contribute practical content (whitepapers, blogs, workshops) to educate customers and partners. You join a diverse, inclusive team that aims to turn ideas into multi-billion-dollar outcomes and leadership opportunities in AI/ML.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and manage the technical relationship with customers, recommending architectures and best practices for GenAI/ML and Agentic workloads on AWS.
• Advocate for customer needs, influence AWS roadmap related to GenAI/ML and Agentic features, and ensure customer adoption at scale.
• Define cloud-native GenAI/ML and Agentic architectural patterns for multiple use cases.
• Create and share best practices, reference architectures, white papers, code samples, and blogs; evangelize GenAI/ML workloads on AWS via workshops and events.




• Collaborate with AWS Professional Services and Partners to support implementation and speed up production.
• Engage with senior stakeholders (including C-level) to communicate strategy, value, and progress of AI initiatives.
• Contribute to field enablement and content delivery, enabling customers, partners, and the AWS Technical Field.

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of design/implementation/consulting experience of distributed applications
• 5+ years of design/implementation of production AI/ML/GenAI/Agentic systems including LLMs, RAG, Vector DBs, fine-tuning, deployment and distributed inference
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent
• Experience engaging with C-level executives
• 5+ years of management of technical, customer facing resources
• 7+ years of Solutions Architecture (or equivalent) experience with deep expertise in ML, GenAI, MLOps, data for AI, and responsible AI principles (preferred)
