- Advise process expert departments on data and reporting topics
- Create and manage reports and dashboards in Celonis and Service Now
- Oversee quality assurance of the current reporting system
- Streamline and clarify management of operational units through practical solutions

- Experience in reporting and process mining with Celonis, performance analysis and statistics (MUST HAVE)
- Experience using or administering Service Now
- Familiarity with ITIL Foundation
- Understanding of service and support processes
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect dependencies between processes
- Ability to review/test own work and prepare/workshop delivery
- Ability to explain complex topics in simple terms
- Motivation to learn new topics and adapt
