As Lead Game Developer, you drive innovative gameplay features and robust client technology for a top legacy mobile title. You work hands-on to ship features millions of players enjoy, while shaping the product roadmap with design and art peers.

You’ll build a high-quality, scalable codebase and lead a technical team through recruitment, onboarding, and delivery. This role sits in a fast-growing Studio focused on expanding hit games and reaching moonshot outcomes.

- Manage development cycle with teammates, defining tasks and processes to execute the roadmap

- Monitor product health with central teams and address issues promptly
- Deconstruct, analyze and adapt mobile game mechanics
- Collaborate with product leadership on roadmap, rollouts, and adoption
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the team
- Contribute to game design fleshing, testing oversight, and iterations based on feedback

Responsabilidades

- At least 5 years of professional experience with Unity
- Technical leadership experience
- Successful track record in top-tier mobile games
- Familiarity with optimization issues
- Comfortable in a fully remote environment
- Experience with AI-supported development
