- Own strategic transformation projects end-to-end (3–12 months) with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes
- Lead strategy scoping, workstream definition, and accountability for results
- Conduct data-driven analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities and diagnose challenges
- Assess opportunities for new markets, partnerships, or M&A; targets based on impact
- Influence senior leaders, align stakeholders, and manage risks across initiatives
- Translate ambiguity into clear scopes and action plans and manage parallel workstreams




- Prepare data-backed narratives for leadership and the board, delivering clear recommendations Requisitos principales
- 7+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or leading cross-functional initiatives in high-growth tech or marketplace contexts
- Proven track record of delivering strategic projects from scope to delivery
- Strong commercial acumen with understanding of marketplaces, monetization, and growth mechanics
- Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking with ability to structure problems and link insights to outcomes
- Outstanding influencing skills to build buy-in across functions and manage competing interests
- Excellent executive presence and communication (written and verbal) in high-stakes settings
- AI fluency with practical use of AI to accelerate analysis and strategy
- Action-oriented with comfort navigating ambiguity and driving decisions
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Based in Barcelona or London, with a preference for Barcelona
