Overview In this role you own the full sales cycle for Amenitiz, targeting independent hoteliers across Europe.

You will prospect, run demos, handle objections, and close, while managing your pipeline end

-to-end. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to translate product value into real business outcomes for small hospitality businesses.

The position offers a clear path to impact through revenue growth and customer enablement, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

- 2-4 years in a sales role (SDR, AE, or full-cycle)
- Native Italian with strong written and spoken English
- Ability to switch between prospecting and closing within short timeframes
- Owns pipeline and results; not just activity metrics
- Structured approach to forecasting and follow-ups
- Resilient and consistent in a high-volume, target-driven environment
- Experience in SaaS, hospitality tech, or startups is a plus
- Familiarity with Hub Spot or similar CRM tools is a plus
