Overview As Director of Product Management, you own Rover’s multi

- year Provider product strategy and execution, leading four product teams to improve provider experience and marketplace performance.

You will align cross-functional partners, drive a rigorous, experiment-led roadmap, and own provider-focused metrics like retention, supply-side revenue, and new-c Customer booking growth.

You’ll champion AI-enabled features and a culture of AI-native development.

This role blends strategic vision with hands-on leadership in a general, fast-growing environment.

- Define and own the multi-year provider product vision and sequenced roadmap
- Manage the product side of OKRs and deliver a steady cadence of launches
- Advocate for provider needs through research, feedback, and data to inform decisions
- Lead AI adoption across product features and team processes
- Coordinate cross-functional alignment across Core Product Teams, Design, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal,



Trust & Safety, and regional teams
- Hire, coach, and grow a team of product managers across Barcelona and other regions Requisitos principales
- 10+ years of product management experience in marketplace/platform contexts
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing senior product managers or cross-functional teams
- Experience driving marketplace monetization with measurable P&L; impact
- Track record building retention, engagement, and loyalty strategies for providers or similar users
- Experience partnering with Data Science and Engineering with rigorous experimentation (A/B, holdouts)
- Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior leaders
- Highly proactive with comfort operating in uncertain environments
- Analytical rigor and comfort with modeling and visualization tools such as Mode and Excel
- Comfort across Europe and US time zones; English proficiency (C2)
