In this role, you will lead sustainability, decarbonisation, and net-zero strategies for major building and urban projects. You’ll guide multidisciplinary teams to embed sustainability from concept to delivery, using data-driven and computational design approaches. You’ll manage sustainability workstreams across projects, ensuring quality, budgets, and client relationships. You’ll also contribute to growing the Sustainable Design practice through thought leadership and business development. This is an opportunity to shape high-impact, low-carbon solutions on international projects within a integral engineering and design community.

• Lead development and delivery of sustainability, decarbonisation, and net-zero carbon strategies for major building and urban development projects
• Provide technical leadership in environmental analysis, building performance modelling, embodied carbon, LCA, and whole-life carbon studies
• Guide multidisciplinary teams to integrate sustainability objectives from concept through delivery using data-driven, parametric, and computational design




• Manage sustainability workstreams across multiple projects including delivery, QA, budgets, programmes, and client relationships
• Lead the preparation and review of technical reports, sustainability strategies, certification submissions, and client presentations
• Mentor, innovate, contribute to thought leadership, proposals, and business development to grow the Sustainable Design practice

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in sustainable design, environmental consultancy, building performance analysis, or related field (8–10+ years)
• Experience leading sustainability strategies and delivering complex building/masterplanning projects
• Experience managing project delivery, technical quality, client engagement, and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience contributing to business development, proposals, and strategic growth initiatives
