About the RoleAs a Senior Solutions Engineer at Murphy, you are the technical and strategic partner for our most important clients. You will own complex post‑sales relationships end‑to‑end, define architectures, lead high‑impact implementations, and ensure our enterprise clients unlock maximum business value from Murphy.



You bring strong technical depth, excellent client leadership, and the ability to operate autonomously in high‑stakes environments. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, product, and GTM to deliver exceptional outcomes at speed.
Responsibilities
Own technical relationships with enterprise and strategic accounts, from onboarding to renewal.
Translate complex business needs into scalable solution architectures, integrations, and execution plans.
Lead technical deployments, ensuring reliability, performance, and long‑term scalability.
Act as the voice of the client in product discussions, influencing roadmap with high‑quality insights.
Triage and resolve highly complex issues across APIs, data pipelines, workflows, and integrations.
Proactively analyze client usage to drive optimization and prevent future issues.
Produce advanced solution documentation, integration specs, and architecture diagrams.
