Overview

In this senior, client-facing role you will translate client needs into ADP’s HR, payroll and services solutions for Spain and Portugal. You’ll lead discovery, shape value-based messaging, and guide proof-of-concept discussions across cross-functional teams to improve win rates. You work with Sales, Product, Operations and Implementation to ensure credible, tailored solutions for multinational clients. This position offers impact by shaping deals, demonstrations and business cases in a dynamic, international environment. You will be a trusted advisor contributing to deal quality and client success.

Responsabilidades

Lead client discovery conversations and solution positioning Support the full sales cycle and strategic selling in large multinational environments Contribute to HR transformation discussions and business case development Provide expertise on payroll and HR services including SLAs, governance, architecture, interfaces, and security Communicate complex topics to varied audiences and tailor messaging Participate in client presentations,



demos and marketing events Coordinate responses to RFI/RFP across functions Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Marketing and Customer Services during the sales cycle Keep up to date with product developments, market dynamics, and competitor activity Contribute to the evolution of the demo environment Operate effectively in a multicultural, international team environment

Requisitos principales

8+ years in Business Consulting, HRIS, HCM, Payroll, or presales/solution consulting Strong understanding of HRIS, payroll processes, service delivery models, and consulting practices Ability to lead value-based conversations and support sales strategy in complex opportunities Strong presentation and written/verbal communication skills Native Spanish language skills; strong English language skills Commutable distance to Barcelona and valid work authorization; driving license Ability to work with commercial, operational and technical stakeholders Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities Executive communication Cross-functional collaboration Strategic thinking HRIS/HCM knowledge Payroll processes Service delivery models
