Overview

In this role you will guide the overall game vision and design direction for AA experiences, coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, innovative gameplay. You will lead the design team, align mechanics with progression, and manage quality and scope across PC/console projects. This is an opportunity to shape engaging player journeys within a globally diverse studio and contribute to a growing cross-platform strategy.

Requisitos principales

6+ years of game design experience in lead/principal roles Led or released at least two titles as lead/principal/senior designer Proven experience in 3Cs and gameplay systems design for PC/Console action genres (sports, racing, combat, shooters, open world) Prototyping experience with Unity or Unreal Strong core design skills: meta-game/progression, balancing, UI/UX, level design, narrative Proficient communication and leadership Up-to-date knowledge of gaming market and trends Ability to maintain a defined creative strategy while allowing iteration Experience with Jira, Confluence, Figma Fluent English Proven leadership Clear communication Cross-functional collaboration Unity Unreal Meta-game design
