Описание: At Vortech PCI Group, we are looking for a Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Business Analyst to join an international Salesforce implementation project, working directly with client stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional solutions. We are looking for a senior functional professional with 7+ years of experience in Salesforce implementations, strong knowledge of Consumer Goods Cloud, and proven experience in requirements gathering, functional analysis, stakeholder management and Agile delivery. Задачи: Lead requirements-gathering workshops with business and IT stakeholders. Analyse and translate retail execution, trade promotion management and field sales processes into functional specifications, user stories and process flows. Perform fit-gap analysis against Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud capabilities, including Retail Execution, Visit Management, Trade Promotion Management and Order Management. Recommend configuration or customization approaches based on business requirements. Manage the functional backlog, collaborating with Solution Architects, Developers and QA teams. Support UAT planning and execution, including test scenarios, defect management and client sign-off. Act as the main functional point of contact for the client, managing expectations, status updates and change requests. Prepare business process documentation, requirements traceability matrices and training materials. Support functional discussions related to data migration and integrations with ERP and trade promotion systems. Contribute to solution design decisions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, business process mapping, functional specifications, BRDs and user stories. Experience working in Agile environments, managing functional backlogs and collaborating with technical teams. Experience supporting UAT, defect management and go-live activities. Understanding of Consumer Goods / CPG business processes, including field sales, merchandising and retail store execution. Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Advanced English (C1). Professional proficiency in Spanish. Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud Accredited Professional. Salesforce Agentforce Specialist. Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant.
