Experteer Overview
In this role you will oversee contract management across large energy programmes, shaping tender strategies, monitoring supply chain risks, and leading claim negotiations. You will work with procurement and legal teams to ensure contractual compliance and support evaluation of FEED and EPCI packages. You will manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail, maintaining records and reporting to senior leadership. You will build relationships with internal stakeholders and contribute to successful project outcomes.

• Support development of PQQs, tender docs, evaluation criteria, and scopes for FEED/EPCI
• Manage commercial and contractual matters with procurement and legal teams
• Lead contract change management and negotiations, including dispute resolution




• Ensure contract compliance and manage variations and claims throughout the lifecycle
• Conduct data analysis and reporting for forecasting and record-keeping
• Communicate contract status to stakeholders, including senior leadership
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders

Responsabilidades
• 7+ years of contract management experience within major capital programs
• University degree in a relevant subject area (e.g., project management, engineering, supply chain, procurement, quantity surveying, business)
• Contract management across project lifecycles including change and claim management
• Extensive knowledge of Contracts for Surveys Operations
• Understanding of financial analysis and reporting of project budgets
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Strong internal stakeholder relationship skills
