Experteer Overview As part of JLL’s retail investment advisory team, you drive financial analysis and due diligence to support complex CRE transactions. You work with market data and client feedback to shape deal strategies and capital structures. You collaborate with Marketing and client teams to prepare compelling materials and underwrite opportunities. This role offers exposure to high-level decision-making and cross-functional collaboration in a integral real estate platform.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Prepare investment sales advisory packages and submissions for retail CRE transactions, including research, financial modeling, and executive summaries.
- Conduct complex financial modeling using market data and comps to underwrite transactions.
- Drive due diligence and manage marketing and closing processes, maintaining constant client and team communication.
- Review real estate documents (leases, appraisals) to identify issues and potential concerns.




- Build and nurture a client network within the retail industry through meetings and trade organizations.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to discuss deal flow, market conditions, and new client leads.
- Collaborate with Marketing to prepare InDesign/PowerPoint pitch books and offering memorandums.Responsabilidades
- Finance degree or equivalent
- 1–3 years in financial analysis; CRE experience preferred
- Self-motivated, team-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication; able to interface with executives
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline or equivalent experienceRequisitos principales
