Process Solution Architect (Nutrition & Health) at SPX FLOW, an ITT Company

Annual Salary: 57 600 – 80 400€ (depending on experience)

About the role

As a Process Solution Architect, you lead the technical design of process and automation solutions during the tender phase, acting as the key technical authority and ensuring consistency of the overall offer. You translate customer needs into integrated, efficient, safe, and competitive solutions, with a role comparable to a Lead Process Engineer during execution.

About your responsibilities at SPX FLOW:

Ensure safe, environmentally compliant designs aligned with regulations and standards

Coordinate internal teams and key suppliers;

lead design activities and reviews

Deliver high-quality, integrated technical solutions (PFDs, mass balances, P&IDs;) Ensure consistency and integration across all technical subsystems

Engage with customers and stakeholders in technical and commercial discussions

Support cost evaluation, resource planning, and execution strategy definition

Ensure alignment between technical scope, schedule, and budget

Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, standards, and best practices

About you:

Engineering degree (process, mechanical, electrical, or equivalent) Strong experience in engineering design and project execution in hygienic industries (food,



beverage, pharma;

dairy is a plus) Proven ability to coordinate technical teams and work in international, matrix environments

Strong technical foundation combined with a commercial mindset

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Fluent in English

Familiarity with tools such as MS Office, AutoCAD, MS Project is a plus
