Experteer Overview
In this role you lead end-to-end supply chain operations and quality for the supplier network within Airbus Defence and Space. You represent the company with suppliers, drive industrial maturity and quality, and ensure compliance across audits and assessments. You deploy Airbus DS quality and supply chain requirements, manage risks and non-conformities, and lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions to enable program success. This position offers exposure to major programs and cross-functional collaboration in a global, multi-disciplinary team.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Represent Airbus DS in front of suppliers
• Ensure supplier industrial maturity and quality/operational performance
• Participate in multi-functional teams and audits
• Lead deployment of Airbus DS quality and supply chain requirements
• Support Call For Tender from operational and quality perspectives
• Oversee New Product Introduction, transfer of work, industrial changes and assessments
• APQP deployment in suppliers




• Manage risk and opportunities
• Lead quality escapes and non-conformities with internal and external stakeholders
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions
• Surveillance of supplier qualifications, certifications, and performance
• Deploy procurement tools within the supplier network

Responsabilidades
• Degree level in engineering or related discipline (or equivalent)
• English and Spanish negotiation-level communication skills
• At least 3 years of experience in Supply Chain Quality or Supply Chain
• Rigorous, autonomous, customer-oriented mindset and ability to prioritise workload
• Excellent interpersonal skills, multi-functional teamwork, flexibility, proactive behavior
