As a Senior Insurance Business Analyst at Zurich Technology Delivery Center in Barcelona, you shape practical solutions for billing and finance with a focus on Guidewire Billing Center. You will bridge business needs and deliverable improvements, collaborating across stakeholders and teams to drive measurable outcomes. The role blends business analysis, transformation, and project delivery, with opportunities to experiment and adopt AI-enabled tools within the Microsoft 365 environment. You’ll contribute to efficient processes and governance while growing your skills in a collaborative, innovative setting.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Identify and clarify business needs through stakeholder engagement and lightweight discovery
• Translate ambiguous problems into clear requirements, opportunities, processes, and success metrics
• Support design, testing, and refinement of products and process changes via structured experimentation
• Lead smaller projects or workstreams from inception to delivery, including planning and risk tracking
• Drive internal process improvements to simplify ways of working and reduce friction
• Use Claude Code and Microsoft Copilot to support lightweight development and automation in Microsoft 365
• Create and maintain lightweight tools across Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate, and Power Apps
• Define and monitor KPIs and adoption indicators to measure value
• Support change adoption through communication, guidance, training, and stakeholder engagement
• Ensure governance, security, privacy, and compliance with Zurich standards




• Collaborate with domain experts and contribute to skill development and creativity
• Enhance solutions with practical, user-friendly design and measurable outcomes

Responsabilidades
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification (IIBA or PMI)
• Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe)
• Working knowledge of Guidewire Billing Center/Finance
• Functional experience in invoicing, payment schedules, commissions, delinquency handling, disbursements, and general ledger postings
• Experience combining business analysis, transformation support, process improvement, and delivery coordination
• Ability to move between discovery, analysis, experimentation, implementation, and follow-through
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and cross-functional communication
• Proficiency defining requirements, documenting processes, and supporting solution design
• Leading smaller projects or workstreams with scope, timeline, dependencies, and risk tracking
• MS 365 tools literacy (collaboration, documentation, workflows)
• Hands-on or practical AI experience with Claude Code and Microsoft Copilot
• Analytical mindset using data and KPIs to inform decisions
• Insurance/financial services experience is helpful but not essential
• Experience with Guidewire Policy Center and Billing Center is preferred
• Experience with AI-assisted tools for lightweight development or content support
