- Own and grow key customer relationships by understanding clients' business, challenges and ambitions to drive profitable growth
- Drive top- and bottom-line growth across existing and new accounts
- Act as a trusted business partner using a consultative selling approach to uncover opportunities

- Proven track record of commercial success in B2B beverage and dairy
- Around 7+ years of commercial experience in flavours, food ingredients or related innovation-driven area
- Strong understanding of the Iberian food u0026 beverage market and ability to translate insights into opportunities
- Growth and acquisition mindset with ability to identify and convert opportunities
- Strong commercial judgement and negotiation skills for complex accounts
- Strategic and hands-on capability to move from account strategy to concrete actions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
