Experteer Overview
You will own the creation and delivery of Flight Operations Manuals for A330 MRTT+, ensuring quality and end-user alignment under program directives. As product lead, you will coordinate a team of authors and act as SME on A330 MRTT technical topics, shaping manuals and related publications. You will manage technical content configuration, support systems content, and liaise with customers to capture operator needs. The role sits at the intersection of Publications, Operations Support, and customer engagement, with a focus on timely, compliant results. This is a hands-on opportunity to influence mission readiness for military aircraft in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

• Lead and coordinate a team of subcontracted authors to produce and maintain Flight Operations Manuals for A330 MRTT+
• Act as principal SME on A330 MRTT+ technical topics and supervise related publication content
• Control technical configuration and content, including A330 Neo contributions
• Perform technical authoring of manuals when needed and support content validation and verification
• Support Aircraft systems content in manuals and assist Training Organization and Design Functions




• Manage publications and operational support deliverables in collaboration with managers and stakeholders
• Develop and implement Project Management Plans with scope, quality, timelines, and risk management
• Engage with customers in workshops, webinars, and other forums; support entry-into-service activities
• Ensure knowledge retention within TASTO and train others as required

Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree or Flight Operations experience
• At least 3 years in Flight Operations Publications or Support
• Team management experience in Flight Operations topics
• Project Management experience
• Technical authoring experience; Airbus authoring tools (ADOC, FODM) a plus
• Knowledge of Airbus Defence and Space military systems, especially A330 MRTT
• Experience delivering Flight Operations Support deliverables
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills; problem solving
• Leadership, customer orientation, and ability to translate military requirements into system functionality
• Advanced Spanish and Advanced English
