and other physical security systemsCoordinate Security Operations Center monitoring and ensure effective response when incidents occurLead security incident response, investigations, reporting, and emergency proceduresManage relationships and contracts with licensed security providers, define guarding requirements, and monitor service quality and complianceEnsure security personnel meet applicable Spanish requirements, including valid TIP credentials where requiredSupport compliance with Spanish requirements for the protection of classified information and security requirements established by Spanish defense authoritiesWork across relevant frameworks and requirements including ENS where applicable, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 22301, NIS2, GDPR, export control, and defense-related regulationsSupport security audits, compliance reviews, regulatory inspections, and interaction with government authorities when requiredHelp secure our supply chain by implementing appropriate procurement and logistics procedures for sensitive technologies, equipment, materials, and componentsSupport supplier security requirements and ensure logistics activities align with export control and defense security obligationsBuild a strong security culture across Destinus Spain through awareness programs, training, security drills,



and incident response exercisesMake sure teams understand how to handle sensitive information, follow security procedures, and report incidents effectivelyWhat You'll NeedBachelor's or Master's degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Information Security, Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 7 years of experience in corporate, military, government, or comparable security environmentsExperience within defense, critical infrastructure, or another highly regulated security environmentProven experience managing security operations, teams, and facility protectionExperience working with licensed security service providersHands-on experience developing and implementing security awareness and training programsSolid knowledge of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and related physical security systemsWorking proficiency with MS OfficeFluent Spanish and English are essential for this positionWho You AreYou are security-minded without being bureaucracy-minded.
