Ready to turn data into real business impact?At NewCo, we're looking for a motivated and analytical Data & BI Engineer to join our Business Intelligence & Applications (BIA) team!

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team where data, technology and automation come together to drive smarter business decisions.

We're embarking on two major projects: transforming our reporting platform and building a brand-new data lake from the ground up.

Rather than simply maintaining existing systems, you'll have the opportunity to help shape how we collect, manage, analyse and use data across our business.

? What will you be doing?

- Data Analysis & • Business Intelligence:

Analyse operational and client data, identify trends and turn insights into meaningful business decisions.
- Reporting & • Dashboards:

Design, develop and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar tools, helping us modernise our reporting environment.
- Data Engineering: Support the development of our data lake, including data modelling, storage and integration.
- Data Pipelines: Build and maintain automated ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure reliable and efficient data flows.
- APIs & • Integrations:

Develop and maintain integrations between internal applications, client platforms and third-party services.
- Automation: Create and improve workflows and automations in Jira to reduce manual processes.
- Application Development: Develop and configure internal applications and tools to support business operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with different departments to understand their needs and develop practical, data-driven solutions.
- Data Quality & • Governance:

Help ensure our data is accurate, secure and compliant with relevant regulations.

? What are we looking for?
- Ideally 1–2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Business Intelligence,



Data Engineering or a similar field. Strong academic, internship or project experience will also be considered.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker or similar reporting tools.
- Understanding of data modelling and ETL/ELT processes.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of REST APIs and system integrations.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English, both written and spoken. French or Dutch would be an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Experience with Jira, Confluence, statistics or machine learning would be a bonus! Above all, we're looking for someone who is curious, proactive, enjoys solving problems and is excited about building new solutions.

? Salary & Benefits?? Spain – Barcelona & ValenciaAnnual gross salary package: €30,000

- Base salary: €27,000 gross annually
- Bonus: €3,000 annually

- Base salary: 14,000 MAD
- Performance bonus: 2,000 MAD, based on quality, schedule adherence and overall performance.
