Job SummaryWe are looking for experienced IT Support Engineers in Belgium, Portugal, and Spain to provide technical support to end users. The idóneo candidate should have hands on experience supporting both Mac and Windows operating systems, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and resolving day to day IT support requests.

Native language proficiency for the respective country is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide technical support for Mac and Windows desktops and laptops.
2. Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system, and application issues.
3. Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals.
4. Support users with login issues, system access, and basic network connectivity.
5. Handle IT support tickets and resolve issues within agreed service levels.
6. Assist with device setup, software installation, system updates, and IT asset management.
7. Provide clear communication and technical assistance to end users.
8. Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
1.



Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or End User Support.
2. Hands on experience with both macOS and Windows operating systems.
3. Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
4. Good knowledge of desktop and laptop configuration, software installation, and peripheral support.
5. Good communication and customer service skills.
6. Native language proficiency based on the job location:
7. • Belgium: Native proficiency in the relevant local language, such as Dutch or French.
8. • Portugal: Native Portuguese proficiency.
9. • Spain: Native Spanish proficiency.
10. Ability to work independently and resolve technical issues efficiently.
