Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Graphic Design Specialist in Madrid. The role combines digital marketing and performance optimization (50%) with graphic design and brand consistency (50%).

The adecuado candidate is analytical, creative and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.

Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Performance

- Manage and optimize SEO and SEM activities, including keyword research, Google Ads campaigns and organic search performance.
- Monitor website traffic, conversions, campaign effectiveness and cost per lead using GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Identify improvement opportunities, implement optimizations and prepare actionable performance reports.

Digital Channels & Content

- Manage the corporate website and create landing pages using WordPress.
- Plan and publish content for social media, particularly LinkedIn, based on the editorial calendar.
- Create marketing content using input from internal teams and manage newsletters and email campaigns.
- Support lead-generation initiatives and ensure consistency across digital channels.





Graphic Design & Brand Consistency

- Create professional materials for digital and printed communication, including campaigns, brochures, datasheets, presentations and event materials.
- Turn technical and commercial information into clear and visually appealing content.
- Ensure consistent use of FOSSA’s visual identity and support the improvement of corporate brand guidelines.
- Perform basic image editing and support multimedia content production when required.

Corporate Documentation & Templates

- Create and maintain reusable PowerPoint and Word templates for presentations, proposals, technical documents, datasheets and contracts.
- Ensure consistency in typography, layout, visual hierarchy and brand identity.
- Maintain an organized library of approved templates and visual assets, collaborating with internal teams.

Profile

- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- At least 2 years of experience combining digital marketing and graphic content creation.
- Practical experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console and Google Tag Manager.
- Strong graphic design skills and advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Word templates, WordPress and professional graphic assets.
- Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills,



with attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Fluent English (C1 or equivalent) and professional working proficiency in Spanish.
- Candidates must provide a graphic design portfolio and demonstrate their contribution to digital marketing campaigns, including results and optimizations.

Preferably

- Experience with HubSpot or other CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Familiarity with SEO platforms such as Semrush, Ahrefs or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in technology, telecommunications or industrial sectors.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website user experience principles.
- Experience with email marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for marketing, content creation, graphic design or performance analysis.
