**What we need from you** + Excellent communication and strong interpersonal strong skills + Business language and tools acumen + Certificate of Professional Competence in Basic Floor and Accommodation Operations (HOTA 0108) or equivalent experience demonstrating the knowledge required for the role. + 3+ years total experience in a luxury hotels enviroment + Direct supervisory experience over a Housekeeping team, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience + Must speak local language- Spanish and English in a high level is a MUST + Position may have additional qualifications per brand standard + Knowledge and experience in the laundry/linen department would be an advantage. + Leadership and team management skills. + Strong focus on luxury and ultra-luxury customer service. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) + Experience with OPERA/OPERA Cloud + HUB or similar operating systems would be an advantage + Willingness to work rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday, excluding days off **What you can expect from us** We give our people everything they need to succeed.
