Your responsibilities

· Provide customer support in German and English by phone and email.

· Handle enquiries related to financial services.

· Resolve customer requests efficiently and professionally.

· Deliver a positive, reliable and high-quality customer experience.

What we are looking for

· Native or bilingual German proficiency.

· Advanced English level, preferably C1.

· Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

· Interest in developing a career in the financial services sector.

· Based in Madrid or willing to relocate to Spain.

What we offer

· Permanent, full-time contract.

· Salary of €22,000 gross per year.
