Role Description The Housekeeping Valet role is a part-time, on-site position based in Barcelona.

The Housekeeping

Valet is responsible for preparing and maintaining guest rooms and common areas, including cleaning, tidying, and replenishing amenities according to established standards. Daily tasks include making beds, handling laundry and linen changes, checking room equipment, reporting maintenance issues, and ensuring that all areas are safe, orderly, and welcoming.



The role also involves supporting supervisors with room status updates, coordinating with reception or other departments when needed, and following health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.

The Housekeeping

Valet is expected to deliver reliable, efficient service while respecting privacy and providing a discreet, professional presence.

Qualifications

- Strong housekeeping skills, including room cleaning, bed making, and linen handling.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures and quality standards.
- Basic knowledge of hygiene, safety, and cleaning products in a hospitality environment.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with supervisors and colleagues.
- Proven reliability, punctuality, and ability to manage time and tasks efficiently.
- Prior experience in hotels or similar hospitality settings is an advantage.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
- Basic Spanish or English language skills; additional languages are a plus.
