At Medan, we are looking for a lawyer with 3–4 years of experience to strengthen our legal department. You will work in a dynamic environment within the alternative asset management sector, with a focus on real estate strategies, taking part in corporate and transactional matters and in the structuring of investment vehicles.

What will you do?

- Advise on corporate and commercial law: incorporations, restructurings, intragroup transactions, powers of attorney and corporate governance.
- Support M&A; and real estate transactions (due diligence, negotiation and closing of agreements).
- Assist in the structuring and operation of regulated funds (SCR/FCR, SGEIC) and their associated vehicles.
- Coordinate with external advisors, notaries and the Commercial Registry.
- Review and draft contracts and corporate documentation.




- Advise on regulatory compliance and AML-related matters.

What are we looking for?

- Law degree (a double degree or the Master’s degree required for admission to the Spanish Bar will be valued).
- 3–4 years of experience in corporate and commercial law, either at a law firm or in an in-house legal department.
- Solid knowledge of the Spanish Companies Act (LSC), Commercial Registry procedures and commercial contracts.
- Experience dealing with the CNMV and in regulatory compliance will be valued.
- High level of English (international working environment).
- Proactive, autonomous profile, able to manage multiple matters in parallel.
