WE ARE HIRING: INTERNATIONAL FOREMAN

We are an international yacht surface restoration company looking for an experienced, hands-on, and highly organised Foreman to join our growing operational team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment and is comfortable spending extended periods travelling and working on projects abroad.

The Role

As a Foreman, you will play a key role in ensuring our projects are delivered efficiently and to the highest possible standards. You will coordinate operational teams on site, act as an important point of contact for clients, and ensure clear communication between the project site and the Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise operational teams on international project sites

Plan and organise daily on-site activities and workflows

Ensure projects are carried out efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards

Liaise professionally with clients and represent the company on site

Identify potential challenges and find practical, effective solutions

Provide regular updates and reports to the Project Manager

Coordinate team requirements, materials, equipment, and logistics where necessary

Monitor progress and help ensure projects remain on schedule

Maintain high standards of professionalism, organisation, and communication

Be prepared to travel internationally and spend extended periods away from home The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is not only technically and operationally capable but also confident when dealing with clients and managing teams.

You should be

An experienced team leader or Foreman with strong organisational skills A natural problem-solver with a practical and solution-oriented mindset





Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions on site

Highly professional, presentable, and confident in client-facing situations

Able to remain calm and effective in challenging or fast-changing environments An excellent communicator and capable of working with international teams

Versátil and willing to travel extensively for extended periods

Comfortable working independently while remaining closely aligned with the wider project management team

Requirements

Fluent English is essential, both spoken and written

Spanish is a strong advantage

Previous experience in the yachting, marine, refit, construction, technical services, or luxury service industries is highly desirable

Experience managing operational teams or working in a supervisory position

Strong reporting and communication skills A valid driving licence The ability and willingness to travel internationally for extended periods is essential

Yacht Industry Experience

Previous experience in the superyacht or yacht refit industry would be a significant advantage. However, we are also interested in candidates with strong operational and team-management experience from related industries who are eager to bring their skills into the world of luxury yacht refit.
