Role Description The Lawyer will provide legal advice and representation to clients on Spanish immigration law, GDPR compliance, business formation, and contract drafting. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing legal needs, preparing legal documents and contracts, conducting legal research, presenting immigration files and managing case files. The role also involves liaising with public authorities, attending relevant administrative when required, and ensuring clients remain informed about the status of their matters.





The Lawyer will collaborate closely with the practice lead to develop clear legal strategies and maintain high standards of ethics and client service. This is a freelance contract, remote role based in Spain.

Qualifications

- Professional experience in Spanish immigration law, business incorporation, and contract drafting, with the ability to manage diverse client matters.
- Strong legal research, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving skills to interpret regulations and develop practical advice.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in clear, accessible language.
- High level of client service, including empathy, discretion, and the ability to build trust with individuals, entrepreneurs, and companies.
- Proficiency in Spanish; strong command of English is highly beneficial, and additional languages (such as Turkish) are an advantage.
- Law degree and full qualification to practice law in Spain; membership in the relevant bar association or eligibility to register.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a structured manner.
- Commitment to integrity, ethical practice, and continuous professional development in relevant areas of Spanish and EU law.
