? Key responsibilities

- Develop and manage annual, six-month rolling, monthly, weekly, and daily production plans based on sales demand, factory capacity, material availability, and delivery requirements.
- Coordinate production schedules, order prioritization, and planning adjustments to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and timely deliveries.
- Collaborate with contract manufacturing facilities and internal departments to monitor production execution, order progress, and deviations from production targets.
- Analyze production capacity, utilization, and manufacturing constraints to identify potential bottlenecks and delivery risks.
- Develop contingency and recovery plans to address material shortages, capacity limitations, production delays, and unexpected operational disruptions.
- Coordinate material readiness, inventory availability, procurement schedules, and inbound deliveries for KD parts and locally sourced materials.
- Monitor production performance, investigate planning exceptions, and implement corrective actions in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare regular reports on production plan achievement, capacity utilization,



material availability, and delivery performance.
- Establish and continuously improve production planning procedures, reporting systems, and standardized operational processes.
- Support the digitalization and optimization of production planning processes to improve operational efficiency, data accuracy, and transparency.

✅ Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the automotive industry.
- Experience in automotive production planning, particularly within an OEM or automotive manufacturing environment, is highly preferred.
- Previous team management or leadership experience is highly valued.
- Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, production scheduling, and different production stages.
- Experience in production capacity planning, material requirements coordination, and manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with SAP and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate production risks and implement effective corrective actions.
- Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams, manufacturing partners, and operational stakeholders.
- Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments, particularly with European and Chinese teams.
- Fluent in English and Spanish. Knowledge of Catalan or Chinese is a plus.
