Key Responsibilities

- Independently develop the local solar PV market and build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including EPC companies, project developers, power plant owners, and other major industry partners.
- Identify business opportunities for ground-mounted, rooftop, and BIPV mounting system projects.
- Manage the full sales process, from initial customer contact and project development to technical solution coordination, commercial negotiation, and contract signing.
- Work closely with the internal technical team to provide suitable solutions based on customer needs and specific project requirements.
- Achieve annual sales targets and continuously expand Antaisolar's market presence and brand awareness in Europe.
- Coordinate with supply chain and production teams to ensure smooth order execution and on-time delivery.
- Maintain long-term relationships with key local customers and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor local solar PV market trends and competitor activities, and provide market insights, analysis,



and recommendations to support business strategy.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, customer meetings, and other business development activities.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience in solar PV, renewable energy, or related B2B sales is preferred.
- Strong customer development, communication, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
- Fluency in Chinese, with strong professional communication skills. Proficiency in other European languages is a plus.
- Strong business English communication skills.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the year and ability to adapt to the European business environment.
- Existing relationships with local solar PV customers, EPC companies, project developers, or other relevant industry partners will be a strong advantage.
