We are looking for an expert in digital accessibility with strong UI knowledge, capable of driving inclusive design principles across web and digital products. Fluent English is required for this role.

✍️ What Would You Need?

- 5+ years of experience in Accessibility, UI Accessibility, or Digital Accessibility.
- Strong knowledge of WCAG standards, accessibility best practices, and inclusive design.
- Experience working closely with UI/UX designers and Front-End developers.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Git.
- Experience with accessibility testing tools such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, Axe, or Lighthouse.
- Proven experience conducting accessibility audits and defining remediation plans.
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within international teams.
- Based in or willing to work in Barcelona.

- Lead accessibility initiatives across digital products and platforms.
- Review UI designs to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
- Conduct accessibility audits using manual and automated testing tools.
- Work closely with designers, developers, and product teams to deliver accessible user experiences.




- Define and promote accessibility best practices across projects.
- Support development teams in implementing accessibility requirements.
- Provide guidance and training on accessibility and inclusive design.
- Stay up to date with accessibility regulations, standards, and emerging technologies.
