Overview

As Senior Technical Lead, you will guide a KYC Due Diligence squad within a Client Lifecycle Management transformation, delivering Fenergo/Fen-X-enabled capabilities and Java-based solutions. You’ll shape and simplify the architecture, drive delivery priorities, and collaborate with business, compliance, risk, product and architecture stakeholders. You will also mentor developers and support AI-enabled transformation initiatives in the KYC/CLM ecosystem, delivering measurable improvements. This role sits at the crossroads of risk, technology, and transformation in a global financial-services context.

Responsabilidades

- Provide technical leadership within the KYC Due Diligence squad
- Lead the delivery and evolution of Fenergo/Fen-X and CLM capabilities
- Contribute hands-on to design and development of Java-based solutions
- Translate KYC, onboarding, screening, and risk assessment requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Define technical standards, priorities, and delivery approaches for the squad
- Review designs and code for security, maintainability, performance, and quality
- Guide senior and mid-level developers and share knowledge across the team




- Collaborate with business, compliance, risk, product and architecture stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to simplify the existing architecture and reduce complexity
- Support AI-enabled transformation initiatives within KYC and CLM
- Contribute to workforce and capability planning for the platform
- Manage technical risks, dependencies, and trade-offs in a complex financial-services environment

Requisitos principales

- 6–10 years of relevant experience with proven technical leadership
- Delivery experience with Fenergo/Fen-X in enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of CLM processes and technology
- Solid understanding of KYC and Due Diligence
- Experience with customer onboarding, screening, and risk-assessment processes
- Senior-level hands-on Java development experience
- Ability to explain technical decisions in complex environments
- Experience guiding developers or coordinating delivery within a squad
- Advanced English (C1)
