Overview

In this role, you will own and deliver enhancements to a integral structured-notes issuance platform, translating business needs into robust designs and end-to-end solutions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to scale front-to-back processes and ensure operational readiness across issuance, documentation, settlement, and regulatory reporting. The role combines business insight with technical execution to improve automation, controls and data quality in a regulated market environment. You will help shape platform capabilities and connectivity with distributors and multi-dealer platforms, delivering measurable impact.

Responsabilidades

- Own functional design and delivery of platform enhancements for structured-notes issuance
- Design scalable front-to-back processes across MTN issuance, repack structures and open platforms
- Coordinate technology delivery with Product Owners, Technology, Operations and external providers
- Drive market readiness for new products and distribution channels
- Develop document-generation and data-driven workflows for terms, documentation and regulatory outputs
- Define connectivity requirements with distributors,



market infrastructures and open multi-dealer platforms (SPIRE) and ensure testing and operational support
- Identify bottlenecks and deliver automation to increase straight-through processing and issuance capacity
- Lead business analysis, end-to-end testing and controlled deployment of new capabilities

Requisitos principales

- Relevant experience in capital markets technology, business analysis, platform development or related field
- Experience translating business requirements into functional specifications and delivering end-to-end technology solutions in a regulated financial services environment
- Knowledge of structured-note issuance, MTN vehicles, repack structures, and lifecycle processes (preferred)
- Experience with workflow automation, APIs or file-based connectivity, document generation, data governance, testing and production implementation (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (required)

- Technically minded and execution-oriented
- Strong bridging capability between business and technology
- Structured, detail-oriented with good prioritization and risk management
- Understanding of structured products, derivatives and front-to-back issuance processes (MTN, repack)
- Ability to convert requirements into process designs, specifications and test scenarios
- Knowledge of workflow platforms, systems integration or connectivity, data structures and testing methodologies
