In this AI Engineer role, you will help shape AI-driven solutions for a Madrid-based global investment fund operating with an AI and data focus. You will work across business functions to translate problems into AI opportunities, design and deploy real-world ML systems, and stay at the forefront of AI trends. Responsabilidades

- Design and deliver ML systems and models addressing real-world, commercially meaningful problems
- Frame business needs as AI problems and identify actionable opportunities

- Own AI projects end-to-end from inception to deployment

Requisitos principales

- Bachelor in Computer Science, Mathematics, hard science, or related field (preferred from top-tier universities)
- Strong theoretical ML foundations and practical experience building real-world ML systems
- Direct production experience with LLMs, including prompt design, agentic workflows, eval harnesses, retrieval pipelines
- Familiarity with LLM inference concepts (KV caching, speculative/parallel decoding, test-time compute)
- Excellent programming and system design skills with Python and at least one of C++, Java, or .Net
- Experience with SQL databases
- Azure or AWS experience
- Entrepreneurial, ownership-driven mindset and ability to drive projects
- Financial services experience is a bonus (not essential)
