Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end financial planning, performance reporting and strategic forecasting for Novartis global Digital, Data and Information Technology organization. You will partner with senior Finance and DD⁢ leaders to translate complex data into actionable insights and shape investment decisions that accelerate digital innovation for patients. The position operates in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment where independence and collaboration drive outcomes. You will drive continuous improvement, automation, and data-driven decision making with a strong focus on accuracy and impact. This is a strategic FP&A; role at the heart of technology-enabled transformation.

Responsabilidades

- Lead the global FP&A; calendar, coordinating deliverables, milestones and dependencies
- Own month-end close and reporting, resolving errors and variances
- Prepare performance dashboards, variance commentary and executive-ready materials
- Coordinate latest outlook submissions and consolidate inputs for monthly reviews
- Lead budget and three-year target planning with templates and financial models




- Monitor data quality and collaborate with data owners to resolve issues
- Track forecast accuracy, explain deviations and identify risks and opportunities
- Perform robust financial modelling on large datasets to support decisions
- Influence senior leaders to align priorities and financial outcomes
- Drive end-to-end planning and reporting with continuous improvement and automation

Requisitos principales

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related discipline
- Significant FP&A; experience supporting global, matrixed organizations
- Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and performance analysis
- Advanced financial modelling with large, complex datasets
- Experience preparing executive-level presentations and communicating insights
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
- Strong project management skills with complex deliverables
