Overview

In this Global Product Owner role, you define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Travel Claims Management product, coordinating a squad that bridges Business and IT. You will orchestrate Guidewire Claims Centre, customer-facing and back-end solutions, and AI components to drive a consistent, impactful claims journey. You’ll shape the future of travel claims servicing at scale within a collaborative, innovative environment. A key hook is leading digital modernization and automation to enhance customer experience across regions.

Responsabilidades

- Define and lead the general product strategy and vision for the claims management system in travel insurance
- Coordinate a cross-functional squad (Product Owner, IT Owner, BAs, Developers) and align business and IT
- Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, including backlog planning and prioritization
- Oversee integration with Guidewire Claims Centre and other back-end and AI/GenAI components
- Drive transformation initiatives to modernize offline claims processes and improve customer experience




- Engage stakeholders across service hubs, cross-region teams, and external partners to ensure alignment with business goals
- Decide on product increments and prioritise work across a standardized asset development approach
- Promote the product internally and externally to widen adoption and roll-out across AXA Partners

Requisitos principales

- Product Owner/Manager experience with strong project management and agile methodologies
- Experience working with IT teams and in multinational environments
- Excellent Scrum-based backlog management and user story slicing skills
- Strong stakeholder management with senior and peer-level stakeholders
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and challenge business requirements
- Professional work ethic aligned with AXA Travel insurance values and leadership behaviours
- Willingness for occasional international travel
- English proficiency (excellent)
- Prince 2, Agile or equivalent qualification; Azure DevOps experience desirable; CSPO a plus
