Overview

As a Technical Project Manager, you will coordinate complex composite structures programmes for an international engineering and advanced technology company. You’ll craft integrated project plans, track milestones, and align engineering work with programme objectives across global teams and suppliers. You will manage risks, changes, and performance reporting to keep projects on schedule and within scope. This remote role offers exposure to multidisciplinary engineering, international collaboration, and ongoing professional development. You will shape how advanced materials programmes are planned, executed, and delivered at scale.

Responsabilidades

- Lead development and maintenance of integrated project plans for composite structures programmes
- Coordinate project execution to align with technical requirements and schedules
- Develop detailed schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Manage planning and change control per recognised methodologies
- Coordinate multiple engineering initiatives with clear prioritisation
- Monitor progress and identify schedule deviations and risks; implement recovery plans
- Maintain and report planning metrics and performance indicators




- Prepare status reports and management presentations; provide updates to leadership
- Track actions and deliverables; support continuous improvement of monitoring processes
- Coordinate activities across international teams and external suppliers to ensure alignment

Requisitos principales

- Bachelors degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
- Minimum 3 years in Project Management within engineering/manufacturing/complex environments
- Experience developing and monitoring integrated project plans and schedules
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams
- Experience tracking milestones, deliverables, dependencies, and performance indicators
- Knowledge of risk assessment, mitigation, and change management
- Experience preparing status reports and management presentations
- Ability to coordinate with external suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project or equivalent; and Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Power BI/Tableau valued
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
- Flexibility for international time zones and travel
- Availability for domestic and international travel
